I purchased the one (1) year Cengage Unlimited access code from studydeal.com. I was concerned about the legitimacy of the website. I emailed customer service at studydeal.com because I needed my access code ASAP. My subscription with Cengage.com had ended and I was in the middle of the semester. Admittedly, I was pretty skeptical because the year-long subscription discount StudyDeal offers is a huge chunk off what Cengage wants and I had never heard of StudyDeal. It even took a little longer than I thought an access key should take to receive via email but as soon as I emailed their support to check in, they got back to me quickly and were very helpful. Not long after that, I received a proper, working Access Key.

I ordered in the morning & was nervously checking my email all day hoping I didn’t get scammed. Then before I went to bed I got an email with my code & it worked just fine! I purchased the 1 year Cengage Unlimited access code and I was very pleased with the product! I emailed them to ask if I could get it sooner than what they have said when I purchased it and they worked with me right away. They emailed me less than 5 minutes after I emailed them. I was a little worried about the price because it's the cheapest I found, but it's the same code Cengage had for $179.99!! I can't say enough good things about this product!
